【HRC62 Side Event】Caste, Gender and Power: #DalitVoicesForJustice

IMADR is co-sponsoring the side event on “Caste, Gender and Power: #DalitVoicesForJustice” at the 62th session of Human Rights Council.
Date : 2 July 2026 at 14:00 (CET)
Place: Room XI, Palais des Nations, Geneva
Bringing together young #DalitVoicesforJustice, human rights experts, civil society and Member States, the event will highlight the need to explicitly address caste and gender discrimination as a root cause of widespread human rights violations. Panellists for this event come from all over South Asia and will share their experiences from India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Pakistan, putting forward concrete recommendations for sustainable change.
