21 March-International Day for Elimination of Racial Discrimination
Date : 2024.03.18
Do you know what 21st March is known for?
It is the international day to call for the elimination of all forms of racial discrimination. It all started more than 60 years ago, on 21 March 1960 when police officers opened fire on a peaceful demonstration against apartheid in Sharpeville, South Africa, killing 69 people¹. Let’s join and voice out, “No space for racism.”
